What are "Davloids"?
The Davloids are artificial singing voices (also referred to as voicebanks) developed, managed, and owned by Dav-P.
They are created to be compatible with the UTAU and OpenUtau singing synthesis softwares,
therefore they are also considered "UTAUs" / "UTAUloids".

What is singing synthesis?
Singing synthesis, also referred to as "vocal synthesis" and "vocal synth", is the practice of artificially simulating the human singing voice with a computer program. There are plenty of such computer programs available for this said purpose, including VOCALOID, Synthesizer V, UTAU, CeVIO, and many others.

What are UTAU and OpenUtau?
UTAU is a free singing synthesis software developed by Ameya/Ayame. You can download it here.
OpenUtau is an unofficial open-source successor software to UTAU developed by StAkira. You can download it here.

What is a voicebank?
A voicebank is a collection of audio files (usually voice recordings), configuration settings, and frequency files
compiled into one folder for the purpose of being synthesized as a voice in a vocal synthesis software.

These are UTAU voicebank formats.
The type of format a voicebank uses is based on the language and complexity of said voicebank.
"C" stands for "consonant", and "V" stands for "vowel".
